Presque un an après le premier volume, la série Risky Business est enfin de retour avec un nouvel assortiment de riddims endiablés, concoctés par un assortiment de talents internationaux :

Étoile montante de la scène montpelliéraine, affilié à Plaisance Records ainsi que l’équipe Monstart, c’est Pura Pura qui ouvre l’EP avec un riddim sombre et martial.

C’est ensuite le nantais Dites Safran, récemment aperçu sur l’excellent label de Toma Kami Man Band qui lui emboîte le pas avec un morceau aux sonorités organiques et méticuleuses.

On traverse ensuite l’atlantique avec le montréalais SIM, sorti à plusieurs reprises sur l’inimitable Nervous Horizons avec un DJ tool mélodique et entêtant.

Retour en Europe avec l’irlandais Glimmerman, boss du label Thrust Collective et auteur d’un EP remarqué sur First Second Label.

Le bristolien Jurango, signé sur Livity Sound, Pressure Dome et plus récemment chez nos camarades parisiens de Resources est également de la partie.

Et pour compléter cette belle équipe, le londonien Dome Zero, vu sur Accidental Meetings et All Centre, livre un morceau syncopé au sound design biscornu.

Almost a year after the first volume, Risky Business is back at last, with a new roster of mad riddims by a selection of international talents :

Rising star of the Montpellier scene, affiliated with Plaisance Records & Monstart, Pura Pura opens the release with a dark and martial track.

Then come Nantes-based Dites Safran, recently seen on Toma Kami’s Man Band outfit with a meticulous and organic sounding riddim.

We then cross the Atlantic to find Montreal-based SIM, multiple Nervous Horizon signee with one of his melodic DJ tools.

Back to Europe with Irish producer Glimmerman, boss of Thrust Collective and author of a remarkable EP on First Second Label.

Bristolian Jurango, signed on Livity Sound, Pressure Dome and more recently our parisian colleagues Resources also hops on the roster with a sick riddim.

And to round up this brilliant team, London based Dome Zero, seen on Accidental Meetings & All Centre, signs off on a syncopated, left-field banger.
