Pour clôturer l’année, nous lançons une nouvelle série de Various Artists intitulée ‘Risky Business’ qui, en écho à notre label-soeur Riddims Supplies, met à l’honneur un éventail de rythmiques dancehall hybridées.

Pour ce premier volume nous invitons 5 producteurs ainsi qu’un de nos artificiers maison :

On commence avec le britannique EYRA, exilé à Barcelone, et qu’on a pu retrouver sur la compilation Accidental Meetings, sortie il y a un an tout pile.

Realitycheck fait aussi son entrée sur le label, auteur cette année d’excellentes productions, notamment chez Global Warming et Electroménager.

Côté Egregore, c’est Stacktrace qui représente l’équipe avec un track aux sonorités dub, dans la lignée de son banger ‘Wicked Sitar’, et de ses dernières productions pour la série ‘Délices du midi’ de Kaval.

Vient ensuite le résident Noods Radio MISH, récemment entendu sur le label bristolien Pressure Dome.

Pour clôturer ce roster de qualité, on retrouve deux toulousains. D’abord le mystérieux Maquis Son Sistèm, membre du collectif Folklore avec un sérieux penchant pour les riddims envoûtants et la transe collective.

Enfin, l’EP se clôt sur un morceau signé Knurx, déjà présent sur notre compilation caritative au profit du DAL31 et aussi auteur d'un riddim sur les 'Délices du Midi'.

To round off 2021, we are launching a new series of released titled ‘Risky Business’ which, as an echo to our sister label Riddims Supplies, will showcase a broad selection of hybrid dancehall riddims.

For this first volume, we’re inviting 5 outside producers as well as one of our own :

We’re kicking things off with british producer EYRA, currently living in Barcelona, who was featured on the first Accidental Meetings compilation release just a year ago.

Realitycheck is also another newcomer to the label, following a stroke of impeccable releases, notably on Global Warming et Electroménager.

As for Egregore, it is Stacktrace who represents the team, with a dubby track in line with his banger ‘Wicked Sitar’, and his latest productions for ‘Délices du midi’, a new series launched by Kaval.

Then comes Noods Radio resident MISH, recently seen and heard on Bristol’s Pressure Dome.

To complete this roster, we have two Toulouse-based producers. First the mysterious Maquis Son Sistèm, member of Folklore crew with a serious taste for collective transe and chamanic riddims.

At last, the EP closes on a track by Knurx, already present on our charity compilation in support of DAL31 and also author of a riddim for the 'Délices du Midi'.
